The medicine will cure the disease! <br /> <h3>Supervisor’s Troubles 1: The company can’t always hire the right person</h3> <h4>Teacher Michael’s antidote:</h4> In the past, in our generation, as long as the salary was high, the boss felt that "I can suppress the employees as long as I use money." However, you must know that young people born in the 80s and 90s do not work for money. They work for happiness and a sense of accomplishment, and they must be very aware of this boss. <br /> The company must be able to provide employees with a good and comfortable working environment so that they feel that the place they stay in every day is a place they like to come to. This is one of the reasons why the offices of Google and Facebook now attract many young people to serve in their companies. <br /> <h3>Supervisor’s Troubles 2: What are the requirements to be a supervisor? </h3> <h4>Teacher Michael’s antidote:</h4> Supervisors need to meet three major conditions:<br /> The first one is to lead by example, say what you do, and do what you say<br /> Don't just talk there all the time. Your subordinates will look down on you. Because you can do nothing but speak. <br /> Second, outline the vision<br /> You must let all departments feel with you that we have a common dream. <br /> Third, teach students in accordance with their aptitude<br /> Are you able to provide different counseling methods for people with different personalities and abilities? <br /> Instead of massacring the different qualities of all employees in one way. <br /> <h3>Supervisor’s Troubles 3. Employees complain about too much work, too little salary, and poor benefits</h3> <h4>Teacher Michael’s antidote:</h4> You have to understand who is in the workplace now. <strong>The employee thinks that he can receive 30,000 just by doing 1+2+3. But NO! The boss’s opinion is: You have to do 1+2+3+4+5+6 to be worth 30,000</strong>. Whose problem is that? As a supervisor, you didn’t make it clear and clear to your employees from the beginning. But you can’t blame the employees for this, because as a supervisor, why didn’t you make it clear at the beginning? However, if he has to work with the team, you may have to ask him to leave. <br /> <h3>Supervisor’s troubles 5. Being disliked by employees, being isolated and unable to cooperate well</h3> <h4>Teacher Michael’s antidote:</h4> We rarely praise a person's merits for more than two minutes, but we unite to scold a person for three days and nights. If a supervisor comes in and feels that the employees are not cooperating with you and are isolating you, then you have to think about whether you have not put down your posture and talked to them. <br /> Teacher suggestion: <ol> <li>You can have a private chat with them one by one and tell them, "We want to do this well together. If there is anything we don't do well, we can all improve each other." </li> <li>Supervisors can go outside to take more courses on behavioral patterns, or take the team to participate in courses related to behavioral trait training, which will definitely be helpful. </li> </ol> <h3>Supervisor’s Troubles 6. How should a sandwich supervisor coordinate the relationship between bosses and employees</h3> <h4>Teacher Michael’s antidote:</h4> Be principled and avoid chaos. I often say to my supervisor: "Is it very chaotic lately?" Are you confused? "No need to lie. If you are confused, you have no principles."
